Currently there is a service degradation in digitalStrom cloud services. We have already been able to resolve the high latency in processing status updates and executing actions. Unfortunately, the connection between dSS and the cloud is still unstable, which can lead to temporary loss of communication with the apartment. This seems to be an issue with our load balancer. A fix for that is currently in our verification process.
Our engineers are working hard to analyze the problems and come up with a solution.
